What assistance is available from the Government to help with carbon price-related price rises?
The Australian Government is providing assistance to those who need it the most through the Household Assistance Package. The Household Assistance Package means millions of Australians will be eligible for assistance. This assistance will be delivered in the form of one-off payments, tax cuts and increases to the tax free threshold, increased pensions and allowances. This assistance will be permanent.
